Dear Instructors I would just like to clarify the direction of spinning during classic meditation as per the reply by Mr. Ken Andes (http://www.wishus.org/bbs/detail_display.asp?TID=85). Is the spinning clockwise direction like that of a clock hanging in front of the abdomen with the face of the clock facing forward. I appologize for questioning again and again as English is not my first language. )Unfortunately, Chinese is not mine either eventhough I am Chinese). Thanks for reading. If the direction of spin makes you think or uncomfortable, it loses the true meaning of the spin at the first place. In addition, tradition Chinese medicine consider clockwise spinning will generate yang qi... Message was created on 9/2/2005 9:43:01 AM |
